The DBE Balmoral Castle chapter was founded in February 2023, and we are excited to celebrate our first anniversary. We are located in Hunterdon, Mercer, and Somerset counties. We hold our monthly meetings at the Harlingen Dutch Reformed Church, in Belle Mead, on the third Wednesday of every month from 6-8 pm, unless otherwise scheduled and announced on our Facebook page. We generally have a light potluck of sweets and savories for refreshment.

We have members from all over our area and we enjoy getting together. In addition to our monthly meetings, we have participated in Paint and Sip parties, tea, and shopping excursions, as well as dinners celebrating special occasions. 

On the state level, we have held a vendor event with a chapter bake sale, fundraising in support of the Sound Start Babies program, and the DBE-selected nursing facilities. We have also contributed to the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots program.
